In order to ensure the safe production of the press, the press is equipped with multiple safety protection Settings.

1. Manual pressure relief valve. In case of emergency or failure, the valve can be opened manually to protect the pressure relief of the press, and the pressure can be lifted again after closing.

2. Pressure sensor and electrical control system. When the working pressure is higher than the preset value, the electrical control system automatically stops the supercharging system, and controls the pressure relief system pressure relief protection.

3. The control cabinet is equipped with a stop button, which can stop the press during any working stage after starting.

4. Interlock of electrical control program. The press runs strictly in accordance with the working procedure. If the previous procedure is not completed or there is a fault, the next procedure cannot be carried out, and the fault information will be sent out. After troubleshooting, the next procedure can be continued.
