The specially designed combustion chamber and gas injection mixing chamber enable the molybdenum wire to be sprayed on the surface of the workpiece at a very high speed before it is completely melted. The density of sprayed molybdenum can reach more than 99%, and the bonding strength is close to 10 kg/mm2. This process can effectively improve the wear resistance of the worn surface and also provides a porous surface that can be impregnated with lubricating oil.
